I am a somewhat hobby puzzler and I was looking for a new one to "treat myself". I have seen ads for this brand several times and wanted to buy it to try. I ended up getting the largest pack that was on sale because I wanted the most for what I was paying and I was NOT disappointed. The puzzles are super fun and they are more challenging than I thought they would be (in a good way)! There are a lot of good surprises and while the original diagram is not super helpful when putting it together, I prefer to not use the box anyways so that was perfect for me. If you are looking for a challenge and something fun to do with someone definitely buy. I have done 3/8 that I bought and I still think that I could go back and easily try to put it together with equal as much fun.
The comics were unexpectedly fun to read and I really enjoyed the checklists that you get to find things after you put it together (it's like a Where's Waldo). For the price, the 2-3 activities on top of the puzzle, and the challenge that you get? Easily a good price for all the things that are included.
My minor suggestions to make it better are to include the final diagram in another folder for those who don't want as much of a challenge as I do and to include a preferred sequence to build the puzzles. (I think the Snack attacks are together and build on a story? I honestly didn't get that far...) If they also tie into other series or if there is a level of difficulty I would have liked that to know which one to do first to ease into it or make sure I was reading stories in order.
