We ship from our US, Canadian, and Asia fulfillment centers, depending on stock availability and which route gets your order moving the fastest. It’s not always the closest warehouse, but it is the one that gets your puzzles to you sooner!

Most USA & Canada orders arrive within 1–7 business days. If you're looking for quicker shipping, find us on Amazon! For any orders outside of USA & Canada, please allow up to 14 business days for it to arrive. 

No Duties or Tariffs for USA & Canada

All orders shipping to the USA and Canada are tariff-free. That means no surprise charges, we’ve already covered them for you!

International Orders

For countries outside the USA and Canada, local customs may charge duties, brokerage fees, or taxes upon arrival. These are billed directly by your customs office and are to be paid by the recipient.

Lost or Stolen Package

When your order is handed to the carrier, they’re responsible for getting it to you. If an issue comes up (like a lost or misdelivered package), the carrier can open a claim. We’re always happy to point you in the right direction if you need support.
