First, the customer service is top notch. After an issue with an order the team found it missing in action and shiped out the right order in a timely manner. Since having the puzzles we've been hooked. The stories are great and the endings are even better. Can't wait to get more of them

I bought both series (6 puzzles) to give as gifts, but kept one puzzle for myself. Working the one I thought would be the "most difficult" before giving them out and enjoying every minute of it.

The best kind of puzzle for everyone who wants a challenge.

This was the most fun puzzle I've had in a long time.

Absolute Joy

I used to wonder what Joy was for. It felt extravagant. Now I see that we all need to cultivate some Joy in our lives to function in the best way possible on a day to day where things will always go wrong. Thank you for inventing a product that adults can enjoy with children or alone. That is a rare thing, to be able to feel genuine excitement on the same project without feeling one person has to constantly indulge in the other's interests.
