Super cute but incomplete

Of the six mini puzzles, two were missing a piece, and one of those two had a duplicate piece. Customer service told me it was incredibly rare for a puzzle to be missing a piece (1/3 of mini puzzles with a missing piece isn’t what I would call “rare”). It’s too bad, because the mini puzzles are super cute and were fairly quick to complete.
